ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
- A cancellation fee of 25% of the purchase price will be assessed for a canceled order
- Order cancellations will only be honored if we receive a request prior to shipment.
- We cannot guarantee the time in which we receive a request, as we often experience delays in communication due to high demands.
RETURN POLICY FOR NON-FIREARM ITEMS:
If you’d like to return a purchase to Proeliator, please ensure the item(s) are new/unused/unopened and qualify for a return – mentioned within the product description.
Once this is confirmed, feel free to contact our customer support team and be sure to include the information below and we’d be happy to organize a return for you.

Note: We are unable to accept partial returns on combo products unless you were sent a defective product.
RETURN POLICY FOR FIREARMS:
Factory-New Firearms:
- All Sales Are Final.
- A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be assessed should an item be returned due to an extenuating circumstance. (All shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer)
For example: The buyer is not lawfully able to take possession of the item. – A New Jersey customer ordered a handgun with magazine in excess of 10 rounds. - Factory New items are covered under Manufacturer’s Warranty. Contact the Manufacturer concerning missing or defective components.
- Restocking fees will be applied should an item be returned.
Pre-Owned Firearms:
- All pre-owned firearms have a 3-day inspection period from the time the item is delivered to your FFL.
- Returns will ONLY be accepted if the item is NOT AS DESCRIBED.
- Firearms that have already been transferred from the FFL holder to the buyer cannot be accepted for return.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped.
- Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.
